Proftech operates now also an own production platform in Nanhui-Shanghai.
It occupies a production space at ASICO (www.asico.ch)
a Swiss company and leading precision ball manufacturer for writting instruments.
This production platform ideally can be offered for SMEs (KMU)
that are looking for soft-entry to China. The services offered are
sourcing, quality control, process management etc.
Suppliers are carefully selected and managed. Allowing also small
batch production in China. Proftech is cooperating with leading material
testing institutes and freight forwarders in order to offer just-in-time
production solutions to its clients.
The workshop is ideally located next to Pudong Airport in Shanghai. |

Proftech offers different approaches to outsourcing. This can be
a simple selection of a potential producer, due diligence, technology
transfer, quality control etc. In the most advanced form it
can result in the establishing of an own production platform for
our customers that includes safeguarding of our clients know-how.
We can offer our market research capabilities in order to find
a best fitting location for outsourcing in the Far East.
The different countries of China, Korea, Thailand,
Vietnam have different advantages and disadvantages that are feasible
for an outsourcing project and depend on our customer needs. The
development of the ASEAN region will result in additional business
opportunities for our customers and in any case has to be considered
as potential alternative to China.
